Thérèse Marie Lynch

Project Assistant

Thérèse combines her passion for European affairs with a strong academic background to support clients across the ICT sector.

Before joining NOVE, Thérèse was a Schuman trainee in DG Presidency of the European Parliament, assigned to the Brexit Steering Group. She has also worked as a policy and communications officer for a migrant women's rights organisation in Dublin on issues such as online racism and gender-based violence.

A graduate of the College of Europe's EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies program, Thérèse wrote her MA thesis on EU support to transitional justice and specialised in peace mediation, negotiations and international project management. She is also a graduate of Sociology from Trinity College Dublin's Economic and Social Studies program. Passionate about both policy and peace, she is a member of the Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation's Young Peacebuilders Program and has also completed a summer school on peacebuilding in Kosovo.
