Tereza is a Brussels-based EU Affairs professional with substantial expertise in climate, energy, and transportation policy.

She worked for six years in the European Parliament, focusing on the green transition, sustainability, and decarbonization of transport. Her experience in Brussels is complemented by a strong background in national policy-making in the Bulgarian National Assembly and Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism. Tereza's advisory duties covered various issues such as Mobility Package I, Just Transition Fund, Recovery and Resilience Facility, European strategy for energy system integration, Sustainable and smart mobility strategy, EU ETS, Social Climate fund, and CO2 standards for heavy-duty vehicles. She also has extensive experience in identifying, analysing, and monitoring policy developments. Furthermore, she is skilled in developing and implementing successful public affairs strategies and campaigns to achieve targeted outcomes.
