Moisés Espinosa Ruiz

Having gained experience in digital policy and public affairs, Moisés supports NOVE’s Tech Practice on a range of e-commerce, cybersecurity and telecommunication-related issues.

Prior to joining NOVE, Moisés worked as a trainee at Ecommerce Europe, where he contributed to the association’s public affairs activities on EU digital and e-commerce legislation and engaged with EU institutions and industry stakeholders. He also gained experience across the public and non-profit sectors in Latin America through a traineeship at the EU Delegation to Peru, where he supported the organisation of high-level events promoting businesses regulatory compliance with EU requirements, and through his work at TECHO in Santiago, where he liaised with multinational companies and local stakeholders to develop cooperation projects.
Moisés holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s degree in EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges, where he developed a strong understanding of the EU decision-making process and institutional framework.
