Senior Consultant

Marine is a public affairs and thought-leadership professional who joined NOVE in July 2023 to support the Sustainability practice.

Prior to joining NOVE, she was a Public Affairs & Thought Leadership Specialist at The Adecco Group, where she worked to strategically position the organisation as a leader in the future of work. Marine was also responsible for the management of strategic partnerships, such as the World Economic Forum and the University of Zurich.
Marine is dedicated to shaping policy debates on the national and supranational levels on a range of key social and political issues. To this end, she is part of the WEF Global Shapers Community and was a Member of the 2022 Youth Advisory Board of the OECD as well as a Campaign Leader for Operation Libero, a Swiss political movement.
Marine has an academic background in International Relations and Political Economy, holding an MSc in Economics and Governance from Leiden University and a B.A. in International Relations and Economics from the University of Geneva and Sydney.
