Lucía Gomá Garcés

Lucía is a member of NOVE’s tech practice, focusing on issues such as copyright, media, intellectual property, artificial intelligence and platform regulation.

Prior to joining NOVE, Lucía worked on EMEA policy at the Motion Picture Association, where she contributed to the organisation’s policy and advocacy work on issues affecting the audiovisual sector. Before moving into public affairs, she practised law for five years in Madrid.
Lucía holds an Advanced Master’s in Intellectual Property and ICT Law from KU Leuven and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Carlos III University of Madrid. She completed a double Master’s degree in Legal Practice and Corporate Legal Advisory at IE Law School and participated in an LL.M. programme at the University of Miami School of Law.
