Louis is a member of NOVE’s tech practice, focusing on issues such the DSA, DMA and artificial intelligence.

Prior to joining NOVE in 2021, Louis worked for two years in an international public affairs consultancy based in Paris where he provided strategic advice in public affairs and communications to his clients, primarily in the field of technology, financial services, energy and construction.
He started his professional career at the Foreign affairs committee of the French Parliament, which provided him insider knowledge of European and French decision-making processes.
