Passionate about the challenges of digital transformation and technological innovation in Europe, Léon works on key issues in the Tech team related to data, connectivity, and space.
Before joining NOVE, Léon worked at the French Embassy to Norway, where he supported the organisation of the AI Action Summit in Paris in February 2025 – a major event bringing together public and private stakeholders to discuss the future of AI in Europe. In this role, he analysed the Norwegian digital ecosystem with a strong focus on innovation policies and Franco-Norwegian bilateral partnerships in the technology sector.
A graduate of Sciences Po Lille with a Master's degree in European Public Affairs, Léon has a solid understanding of the European institutions and the dynamics of EU governance. His background combines institutional expertise with a strong interest in digital policies, which he harnesses to bring a strategic and forward-looking approach to major European tech challenges.
