Juliette Garnier

Consultant

With two years’ experience supporting pharmaceutical companies, patient associations, and medical societies, Juliette specialises in health policy and advocacy and is skilled in developing and executing public affairs strategies across various therapeutic areas.

Her expertise includes antimicrobial resistance, oncology, rare diseases, infectious diseases, and intensive care, where she has contributed to policy advisory, stakeholder engagement, legislative monitoring, and event planning. She has also worked extensively within the Belgian healthcare landscape, supporting clients in navigating regulatory and policy frameworks.
Before joining NOVE, Juliette worked within the health practice at Weber Shandwick and previously as a Junior Consultant at Athenora Consulting, gaining experience in e-health and energy policies while collaborating with French and European businesses and government bodies.
She holds a Master’s in European Public Health from Maastricht University and a Master’s in European Studies from the Institute for European Studies of Brussels, equipping her with a strong understanding of EU decision-making processes and health governance.
