Inês is part of NOVE’s Healthcare practice, leveraging her political experience and technical background to execute detailed research projects and monitor political developments across the European institutions.

Prior to joining NOVE, Inês worked as a Trainee in the European Parliament for MEP Carlos Zorrinho (S&D), providing insights on energy, environmental and industry policy for key files.
Before establishing herself professionally in Brussels, she gained experience as an energy, water, and sustainability Consultant in Portugal, developing projects in Europe, Africa, and South America. During that time, she served as Project Manager for institutional technical assistance for the water sector in Nigeria.
Inês completed her Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Environmental Engineering at the NOVA School of Science and Technology of Lisbon, specializing in Environmental Systems.
