Eliska Melicharova

Senior consultant

Prior to joining NOVE, Eliska worked as a parliamentary assistant and assistant trainee to the FISC Renew Vice-Chairman Martin Hlavacek.

Before this, she gained experience as an Account Executive in Kindred; a digital communication company in Prague and a subsidiary of Publicise Groupe. Eliska also assisted with a participatory project in the Prague mayoral office and has completed several traineeships in Czech media.

Eliska completed her Master’s Degree in International Relations at the Charles University, from which she also has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Journalism.
