Eliot Chanez

Project Assistant

Prior to joining NOVE, Eliot worked in another Brussels-based consultancy agency focusing on sustainability, transport, and diverse geopolitical issues. Before that, he was an assistant to a Member of the European Parliament.

Enthusiastic about European public affairs, innovation and geopolitics, Eliot joined NOVE to strengthen his technical expertise in contributing to the strategic development of European and national stakeholders. During his time at the European Parliament, he assisted with the MEP’s office work on several IMCO, AFET and SEDE Committee files, demonstrating a robust interest in the new European energy and mobility strategies within a transatlantic perspective. Whilst working in his last consultancy agency, he broadened his knowledge of sustainability, transport, and technology policies. Before coming to Brussels, Eliot undertook a traineeship at the Consulate General of Spain in New York City where he developed his expertise in American geopolitics. As a result of this experience, and having lived in Geneva, Barcelona, New York City and Aarhus, Eliot adds another international perspective to NOVE’s team in Brussels.
