Constance de Walque

Prior to joining NOVE, Constance completed the Bernheim traineeship, spending half a year at the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on coordination of European affairs, followed by half a year at the Belgian Permanent Representation with Deputy Mertens. In that context, she gained experience on the internal workings of the Council and Coreper I files (in particular General Affairs, Competitiveness, TTE, and Environment).

During her studies, she interned at the European Parliament and at Brunswick, an international strategic advisory agency. She also worked part-time for FEDMA, the Federation of European Digital Marketing Associations and was also very active in the European Youth Parliament.

Constance obtained a Bachelor and Master of Laws at Maastricht University, before rounding out her education with a Master in European Political and Governance Studies at the College of Europe.
