Connor is a member of NOVE’s tech practice, focusing on issues such as online trust,cybersecurity and more broadly on EU policy supporting the deployment of emerging technologies.
Connor has experience in a variety of international settings, having worked for the UN Refugee Agency, The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies, and at a public affairs consultancy in his home city, Belfast. He uses his background in policy research in artificial intelligence and international security to monitor policy developments and keep NOVE’s clients informed.
