His technical expertise, rooted in life sciences, healthcare, social welfare, and financial services, is amplified by his hands-on engagement with initiatives such as the Beating Cancer Plan and the EU General Pharmaceutical legislation revision, in particular on rare diseases and paediatrics.

Before joining NOVE’s Healthcare Practice, Cedric held various roles in esteemed consultancies and the executive offices of multiple Belgian Ministers. He was instrumental in the Belgian Covid-19 Task Force during its most critical phases. Additionally, Cedric served as a senior policy advisor to the leader of a prominent political party, particularly during pivotal times such as election campaigns and negotiations for various government formations.

A multilingual expert with proficiency in French, German, and English complemented by a working knowledge of Dutch, Cedric's interests span Intellectual Property (IP), the accessibility and affordability of medicines, and communication around healthcare innovations. As a Senior Consultant at NOVE, he provides clients with actionable insights to influence the future contours of the EU’s pharmaceutical and health policy.
