Basile Adriaenssen

Junior Consultant

Basile joins NOVE after working in a political consultancy, leveraging his experience in research and risk analysis to support clients in energy policy.

Prior to joining NOVE, Basile served as a Junior Policy Advisor at political consultancy Rasmussen Global, where he worked on several high-profile security related topics, notably the securitization of space and sustainability. Prior to this, he was an intern at the Belgian Embassy in Rome where he reported on the work of UN institutions including the UN Food and Agricultural Organisation (FAO). He studied Political Science and International Relations at University College Maastricht and is currently completing his Master’s in Security and Crisis Management at Leiden University.
