With a strong background in health policy, Baptiste supports NOVE’s health and sustainability teams, helping clients navigate a complex and dynamic legislative landscape in Brussels.

Before joining NOVE, Baptiste was part of Danone’s Global Public Affairs team in both Brussels and Paris, covering a broad range of topics - including specialised and medical nutrition. Prior to this, he worked as an Economic Analyst trainee at the US Delegation to the OECD in Paris, where he participated in the development of the Blue Dot Network. Baptiste volunteered in Beirut, Lebanon, where he assisted the NGO Offre Joie in reconstructing areas affected by the 2020 port explosion and provided direct support to the organisation’s president.
As a French national, Baptiste holds a Master’s in International Business and Diplomacy from ESCP Business School in Paris and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam, where he specialised in European Studies and Global Change.
